PRICING: All pricing on this website is for TravelJohn™
End Users only. TravelJohn™ products
is a division of Reach Global Industries Inc. (RGI) Price
listed does not include shipping and handling. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
ORDERS: Orders will become effective only when accepted
by RGI. Orders will be filled at the prices that are in
effect at the time of shipment. RGI has no minimum billing.
PAYMENT TERMS: All orders will be shipped prepaid and added
to invoice/receipt (cash, money order, VISA, MASTERCARD,
American Express, Discover, certified check or personal
check only). Personal checks may take up to 5 days for verification
and approval.
SERVICE CHARGES: A service charge of $29 will be imposed
on all returned checks.
SALES TAX: A 7.75% Sales Tax will be applied to all California
customers.
SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. Irvine, CA, RGI warehouse,
unless otherwise indicated. Unless “no partial shipments?has
been specifically requested, RGI has the right to partial
ship and back order any out-of-stock item. Orders are normally
shipped by UPS ground. Please allow 5-7 days for shipping.
For faster shipment, UPS one day, two day, or three day
service can be requested for an additional charge. Sorry
we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping costs shown are for
US orders only (except AK, HI, U.S. Possessions). Shipping
and handling for AK, HI, U.S. Possessions, and, international
orders will vary based on destination. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable.
CLAIMS: All claims for shortages or lost or damaged merchandise
must be made within three (3) days of the receipt of the
merchandise. All claims for losses or damages incurred in
shipment shall be the responsibility of the carrier, and
should be placed with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY: Most Items may be returned within 30 days
of receipt. Please call, write or fax our sales department
for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions
prior to return. Shipping charges must be prepaid unless
otherwise arranged in advance. No return will be accepted
without RA#. All merchandise must be carefully packed and
will be subject to charge if not in resalable condition.
For disposable products, please return only the unused merchandise,
unless requested by our sales personnel. No return for special
orders is accepted unless they are covered under RGI’s
Limited Warranty.
GENERAL: RGI’s Policy is one of continuous development
and improvement. Therefore, specifications are subject to
change without notice. Also, RGI is not responsible for
misprint.
LIMITED WARRANTY: All products are covered by a LIMITED
WARRANTY for a period of ninety (90) days from the date
of shipment by RGI. This WARRANTY is limited to the repair,
replacement, or credit, at RGI’s option, for any items
found to be defective after inspection by RGI at its main
headquarters.
